I thought the food was good but not great. It is about the same as any other chinese buffet I have ate at in the surrounding counties. Interior building is old and needs updated. The tile floor was greasy and the door to the bathroom was greasy and the tile in the bathroom was greasy. Not impressed for being the first visit there to eat. Employees spoke little english. I was rather disappointed with the atmosphere/food and I‘m not a picky person.

Ordered pizza and it was disgusting. Very skimpy on toppings.

This place has unmatched food quality, and very clean! The single thing that i didn‘t like about this place is the workers seemed to hover about watching our every bite, its just a good thing that i am not proud when it comes to eating crab legs....lol Keep on watching ill keep on eating. A+++++++++++++++

I LOVE PANDA GARDEN! ITS MY FAVORITE- BEST CHINESE EVER!!! i always look for places to eat chinese cause it‘s my favorite and panda garden is definitely the best!!!

I have been to the Windmill Cafe over 25 times and been very pleased almost everytime. The staff is friendly, and the food great. The best thing on the menu is the Greek Isle Salad with Feta. The specials (and the salads) are all great as well. My only complaint is that once I got eggshell in my scrambled eggs. I have always been seated and never seen a ‘seat yourself‘ sign, the sign usually reads ‘please wait to be seated‘. What happened in the other review posted was a flukey thing.
